Manual manipulator to position weld head over pipe joint

All Time CT manipulator consists of a saddle that rides up and down on a column. The saddle carries a boom that can extend out horizontally from the column. Welding head with different weld gears for TIG, MIG or SAW can be mounted on either ends of the boom and located to the desired position for welding.
